Ingredients: Bitter Apricot Kernels from the Himalayan Hunza region.

Apricot kernels are the seeds found inside the stones or pits of fresh apricots. These kernels, which belong to a class of oil-bearing seeds/fruits are light brown in color, and resemble small almonds.

Apricot kernels are, like most nuts and seeds, very nutritious. Among the nutrients they contain is one called laetrile, which is also known as amygdalin or vitamin B17.

These are bitter apricot kernels. Bitter kernels contain more B17 than sweet kernels.
