The 'Flower of the Salt' harvest from the Atlantic shores of Portugal. It is harvested by skimming a fine net over the surface of the water of coastal sea pans and catching the thin layer of salt that forms and floats there. These pure crystals are then left to dry naturally in the sun maintaining the form that nature gave them.

Considered the finest and most exclusive salt due to its method of collection and mineral cotent. Naturally has the lowest content of sodium chloride of any salt available.
