Shipping

We currently ship to the UK & European Union only.

The delivery costs will be calculated according to weight and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery to  the UK:

All products are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, the estimated delivery times are 1-3 working days. Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm.

A next-day delivery service is available if your order is more urgent. We expect to despatch your order the same business day you place your order. The cut off time is 1pm.

UK Mainland:
Postage & Packaging, according to weight: from £1.10 to a maximum of £5.95
Special Next-Day Delivery: £6.95

Special delivery and high value products may require a signature upon arrival. If you are unavailable to sign for your goods when delivered, a card will be left for you to either arrange re-delivery or collect from the local delivery office/depot.

Delivery to European Union:

We currently only deliver to the European countries within the European Union. Delivery will be by standard airmail and charged at cost. Prices range from £1.30 upwards depending upon weight.

Returns & Refunds

MammaEarth makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, customers should inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will be happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us unopened and unused in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days.

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so in writing, within seven days of receipt of the goods.  The goods should be returned within 14 days unopened and unused in the original undamaged packaging. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer. Please post items back to us at the address below.
